From the room with river view, you have a great view over the river and the city.

The online reservation number does not match with the internal reservation numbers.

The quality of the beds & bed linen exceptional rooms also well furnished with ample lighting.

Reception staff very poor & slow at their job. Check out took 30 mins , initially only 1 staff member on duty and a Q formed .

The pool area is good too. With a bar in the lobby.

Fairly clean hotel, I liked attentive and professional staff. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with a beautiful view, great heating and cooling system, everything was really good. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from Plaza de Armas.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this wonderfulbrand-new hotel. The staff were professional and extremely helpful and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The location was excellent outside of the main central area of Osorno. It was also really close to bars, and a casino, bowling alley, Bar and restaurant also the gym. The service was excellent and the food was good! Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. It made my trip to Osorno a real good experience.

Liked Osorno, the hotel was wonderful to the boulevard. The breakfasts were exceptional and the service was great. The swimming pool was heated too. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Fuerte Reina Luisa Museum. Everything was good, I couldn't recommend more.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was just across the river from downtown. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed with excellent views of the surroundings. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. There were many restaurants and shops within the complex to choose from.

The hotel bar had slow service, and ordering drinks required guests to constantly flag down the waiter.

This place has everything you need for a perfect stay! One of the best things was the outstanding service, they really took care of us. The breakfast was delicious, and the clean and comfortable rooms definitely exceeded our expectations. And, the location was just right, we could easily walk to the city center in a few minutes. But, the best aspect was the wide range of extra services available - including a great pool, gym and bowling park.

The hotel seemed a bit understaffed at times, which meant we had to wait a while for service and our requests took more time than usual. This definitely affected our overall experience.
